Walk

So the Highlands Avenue sidewalk and lighting cost close to $100,000. now the board wants it surveyed and additional lighting installed for no apparent reason. To this day I personally have not seen a person walking on it especially at night. Maybe the mayor and board take daytime or night time strolls. However the end of the road only leads to the area dubbed "blighted" by the administration. Who would ever venture a walk in these areas during the day or night without an armed escort.What an unbelievable waste of money.
