Ward Melville Intel Semifinalist and InSTAR Chairperson Honored By Legislator Hahn
Suffolk County Legislator Kara Hahn recently honored Intel Semifinalist Jessica Ju and WMHS InSTAR Chairman Dr. George Baldo at Legislature.
Legislator Kara Hahn honored Intel STS semifinalist Jessica Ju during the Suffolk County Legislature’s March 24, 2015 general session. For the 74th annual Intel Science Talent Search competition, Ju presented a project entitled “Using Python to Apply Phonological Rules for the Transcription of Korean”.
Also honored at the meeting was Dr. George Baldo who has been Chairperson of Ward Melville High School’s InStar Program since 1999. Dr. Baldo will retire in June.
