Whose on first?

One wonders who is running the Port Jefferson Village, the apartment or restaurant owners.? It seemes the apartments have the lead with the near railroad soon to be apartments, owner of the infamous shopping center being built in Stony Brook with a stop order for violations, The Cappys Carpet caper on Main St to be towering over the old quaint homes of yesteryear, the apartments to be squeezed in on West Main and Brook, the Shipwreck apartments who paid a pitence of a Code mandated recreation fee for space on their building with no access for Village residents or the food establishments who are being graced with possible Code changes allowing them to bypass restaurant and food service codes established to keep these businesses away from us, who live in a residential zone. It will only stop when the present administration is replaced. Or is it too late?
