Wouldn't it be proper to RFP the job of Grant Writer that is given to the same company year after year? No denying the present company probably does a great job, however that doesn't mean another couldn't do better. It's taxpayer money, Shouldn't the administration post an RFP for this function and follow the State laws and suggestions that many other municipalaties follow?
