PORT JEFFERSON, NY — A woman fell off a floating dock and into the waters of Port Jefferson on Friday afternoon before being rescued by three Suffolk County Marine Bureau officers, the SCPD said.

The woman lost her footing and fell into the water while she was trying to set up a ramp between a boat and the floating dock at the Port Jefferson Marina at 1:08 p.m. Marine Bureau Officers John Falcone, John Rodriguez and Neil Stringer had just left from Marine Delta when they saw her in trouble.
