Theatre School Opens its Doors in Port Washington

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held for the newest business to come to Port Washington: Shining Studios.

The ceremony held for the theatre school was held inside St. Stephen’s Church, located at 9 Carlton Ave.

From Shining Studios’ website: “Shining Studios is a Long Island based theatre school and community theatre providing education, enrichment, and entertainment, through the performing arts, to the Long Island community. Shining Studios offers a variety of cultivating programs for children, teens, and adults alike. Whether you take an introductory musical theatre class, schedule a consultation with one of our acting coaches, enroll your organization in one of our outreach programs, or audition for one of our community theatre productions, Shining Studios allows each and every one of its performers to learn, grow, and shine.”
