Port Washington Children’s Center’s KidsPort Summer Camp is Filled with Fun, Learning and Adventure

KidsPort Summer Camp 2026 at the Port Washington Children's Center gave children an unforgettable summer filled with creativity, active play, exciting adventures, and opportunities to build friendships and lasting memories.

Throughout the summer, campers enjoyed a wide variety of activities designed to keep them engaged, active, and inspired. Every Tuesday and Thursday, campers took part in swimming and swim lessons with Mr. Alex, where they cooled off, built water confidence, and developed their swimming skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Creativity was at the heart of the KidsPort experience. During Art with Ms. Irene, campers explored their imaginations through engaging, hands-on projects. Dance with Ms. Grace gave children the opportunity to learn new movements, express themselves through music, and discover the joy of dance.

Campers also had plenty of opportunities to stay active. With Power10, they participated in fitness activities focused on strength, coordination, and teamwork. On the soccer field, Dutch Pro Soccer helped campers develop their skills while enjoying friendly competition, teamwork, and plenty of fun.

One of the biggest highlights of KidsPort Summer Camp was its exciting lineup of field trips. Campers visited Smusht, Island Rock, Dave & Buster's, Sands Point Preserve, the New York Hall of Science, and Long Island Game Farm. Each destination offered a new opportunity to explore, learn, try something different, and create special memories with friends.

From swimming and sports to art, dance, fitness, and exciting adventures, KidsPort Summer Camp 2026 offered something for everyone. The summer provided children with countless opportunities to learn, explore, stay active, build friendships, and discover new interests—all while having an amazing time.

As the summer comes to a close, KidsPort celebrates the experiences, friendships, laughter, and memories that made Summer Camp 2026 a season to remember.
