• 3 Forced From 'Uninhabitable' Home After Port Washington Fire: FD (patch.com) — Port Washington residents are coping with the aftermath of a serious Bay Drive house fire that left three adults displaced but fortunately caused no injuries. About 50 firefighters from Port Washington and neighboring departments quickly brought the kitchen blaze under control, while the Red Cross and the Village of Port Washington North Building Department stepped in to assist and assess the now-uninhabitable home.
