BID Awards 2 Port Washington Businesses $2K Grants
Carson Robert Event Designs- Florals and DeeVa Dance and Fitness were recent Tenant Bonus Program recipients.
Two Port Washington Businesses were named recipients of the Greater Port Washington Business Improvement District’s new Tenant Bonus Program, each receiving a $2,000 grant.
Congratulations to:
- Carson Robert Event Designs- Florals, located at 660 Port Washington Boulevard
- DeeVa Dance and Fitness, located at 735 Port Washington Boulevard
Shaun Carson, co-owner of Carson Robert Event Designs- Florals said the grant money will go towards offsetting some renovations and upgrade projects.

Jasmine Sanker Twiggs, owner of DeeVa Dance and Fitness plans to use the grant money to buy Pilates Reformer equipment so they can begin to offer pilates classes.
“The purpose of the new Tenant Bonus Program is to allow our organization to help start a business or expand a business within the BID District,” Mariann Dailmonte, executive of the BID, said in a press release.
