Port Washington Adult Activities Center

Since 1963, the Port Washington Adult Activities Center (also known as the Port Washington Senior Center) has been a cornerstone of our community, enriching the lives of older independent adults age 55+ for over 60 years.

Our mission is to create a warm, welcoming and inclusive gathering place where friendships are celebrated, exploration and lifelong learning are encouraged, and healthy, independent living is supported right here in beautiful Port Washington. Newcomers are always welcome!

We offer a diverse array of programs and activities designed to engage the mind, body, and spirit—from fitness classes and health screenings to arts and crafts, educational workshops, social events, and special interest groups. Whether you're looking to learn something new, stay active, connect with neighbors, or simply enjoy good company, our center provides opportunities for every interest and ability level. And we keep the coffee pot brewing!
