Champion Vending Comes To Port Washington

PORT WASHINGTON, NY—Champion Vending has leased 11,462 square feet at 50 Seaview Boulevard in Port Washington. David G. Hunt of Hunt represented the landlord, Anton Cerrone Associates in the lease negotiations. Nick Cangemi of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant, according to a news release by Hunt Corporate Services, Inc.

Champion Vending Service, headquartered in Brooklyn, is independently owned and operated and is a provider of refreshment services including vending machines, manual food service, and office coffee service in the Eastern United States.

"Champion leased the space as an additional warehouse and distribution point," David G. Hunt, president of Hunt, said. "Champion Vending is an exclusive vendor to schools, state parks, and major companies, offering 24/7 service and support. One of the reasons they can offer such quick response is their multiple service centers, such as this new one in Port Washington. The building is located less than six minutes from the Long Island Expressway."

The 31,500 square foot "flex" building in Port Washington is located in the Seaview Office & Industrial Park, minutes from the Long Island Expressway. The building features modern exteriors and landscaping, sewers, gas heating and is fully sprinklered.

The leased space consists of 2,000 square feet of office space, an 18' warehouse ceiling, one loading dock and one drive-in.
