Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Celebrates Opening of New Office in Port Washington, N.Y. with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens celebrated the opening of their new office in Port Washington, New York with a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house event. Dozens of people from the local community attended, along with District 6 councilwoman Dina De Giorgio, North Hempstead town clerk Wayne Wink, Jr., affiliated sales associates, and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Long Island and Queens president Laura Rittenberg.
Attendees enjoyed a tour of the new office interior, food and refreshments, and noted the many real estate services available.
“I am so pleased that our company has returned to the community of Port Washington,” said Rittenberg. “We have a long and meaningful history in this town and I’m excited that our affiliated sales associates will continue to serve this community. I know our presence will have a profound impact on local residents and the surrounding communities.”

The Port Washington office makes a total of 16 offices on Long Island for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, 8 in each of the Suffolk and Nassau Counties. The new office, located at 282 Main Street is approximately 500 sq ft, housed among Port Washington’s popular retail and business district.
