Sands Point Preserve - Science Sunday: Pond Critters

Join biologist “Ranger Eric” Powers as we dip our nets into the preserve’s pond to see what critters we can find… dragonfly nymphs, tadpoles, and diving beetles are expected.  Plan to get your hands dirty during this fun and exciting adventure to discover the secret lives of these tiny pond creatures. Some nets and trays are available on site, but bring your own if you wish. We finish close to the beach, so you can continue on your own afterwards.  Suggested contribution is $20 per car or $10 with annual pass.
