PORT WASHINGTON, NY — Zeppoles, funnel cakes, deep-fried Oreos and pasta will descend on Port Washington next week. The 40th annual Italian Festival promises to bring tasty morsels, fireworks, carnival rides, classic rock music, a clown, games, a casino tent and more.

In years past the event included roller-coasters, a merry-go-round and Ferris wheel.

Rides will be provided by Blue Sky Amusements. A pay-one-price wristband will be available each day of the four-day event. The wristband costs $10 on Thursday, $30 on Friday and Saturday, and $25 on Sunday.
