Make A Child Smile Program Seeking Business Volunteers

The annual Make A Child Smile program is looking for participants this holiday season to join in on the effort to help bring toys to the less fortunate.

Sponsors of the event, the Port Washington Chamber of Commerce, Police Detective Anthony Guzzello, the Port Washington Police Benevolent Association and the Port Washington Volunteer Fire Deptartment invite businesses to list themselves as a collection points. Participants receive colorful window posters. 

The collection will run from Nov. 27 through Dec. 18. 

To participate and to be listed as a drop off point, the deadline to respond is Nov. 18.

Those interested should include name, business name, business address, phone number or email and if you want a plain cardboard collection box that you can decorate.
