Dan Harris, local resident, will run day-to-day operations for the Port Washington Patrice & Associates office. In this new phase of his career, Harris will leverage his professional background, which includes more than 30 years of experience working as an executive for a wide variety of institutions where he developed sales, operations, and management teams. In this new endeavor, Harris will draw from his extensive experience working closely with recruiting firms in building successful organizations. This perspective awarded Harris the opportunity to learn about recruiting processes including vetting and screening, time efficiency, cost savings and relationship building.
