Port Washington Attorney Named to Hall of Fame
Annamarie Bondi-Stoddard was recognized as one of the top women professionals on Long Island.

An attorney from Port Washington was recognized as one of the Top Women in Business by the Long Island Business News for the third time.
Annamarie Bondi-Stoddard, who serves as the managing partner at the law firm of Pegalis & Erickson, LLC, in Lake Success, received this honor in front of 600 attendees during an awards dinner on Oct. 20 at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.
Bondi-Stoddard was inducted into the "Hall of Fame of the Top 50 Business Women," which recognizes the Long Island region's top women professionals who represent the most influential women in business, government and the not-for-profit fields. The honorees were selected for this honor by a judging committee.

Bondi-Stoddard represents plaintiffs in medical negligence cases. The cases are related to women's health issues, birth injuries, surgical, neurosurgical, cardiac, cancers and other medical cases where negligence is involved.
She is an advocate for patient safety awareness and does community service for health-related matters by lecturing to audiences and law professionals.

The attorney has collected many accolades over the years:
- She was named among the 2016 Outstanding Women in Law by Hofstra University School of Law's Center for Children, Families and the Law.
- She is a recipient of the “Who's Who in Women in Professional Services” and their "50 around 50" Award.
- She has been honored with the Corporate Leadership Recognition Award from CP Nassau
- She has been named to Best Lawyers© each year since 2007
- She continues to be voted by her peers into the New York Super Lawyers® List each year, which is among only 4 percent of all attorneys.
- She has led Pegalis & Erickson, LLC to consistently be recognized by Best Lawyers in America© and U.S. News and World Report as a New York Tier One Best Law Firm.
Bondi-Stoddard, who obtained her law degree from Boston University School of Law, serves as an officer on the executive board of directors of the New York State Trial Attorneys and is a Dean of the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute. She served as a past president of the Long Island Women's Agenda and is a member of several bar associations.
