The young musicians were the featured entertainers.

Bonfire, a Port Washington-based iSchool student band, was selected as the featured entertainment at the Heroes for Hope Gala by Hope for Youth on Nov. 13 at Chateau Briand in Carle Place.

Amityville-based Hope For Youth provides children, youth and family services, including out-patient clinical and preventive services to foster care, diagnostic and emergency services and other residential and therapeutic group home programs. The organization offers programs across Long Island.

The musicians – Mikey Brunetti on drums, Victor Diaso on guitar, and Oscar Cellura on guitar and vocals – attend iSchool of Music + Art, where they are coached by professional performers.
