To all Members of the Greater Port Washington Business Improvement District,

Please be advised of the upcoming annual meeting of the membership of the Greater Port Washington Business Improvement District on Wednesday, October 27 at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held in person at 329 Main Street, Port Washington for the purpose of electing directors to the Board of the Association.

All members are encouraged to attend in person or by proxy. If you desire to vote by proxy, the proxy form must be completed by you and presented in person by another member of the district at the Annual Meeting in order to receive a ballot.

As per the by-laws, “Each Member has one vote. If an owner is also a tenant, he/she/it must declare the class under which the vote shall be cast.”
