Port Washington's Varsity Boys, Girls Cross Country Win Invitational

Congratulations to Port Washington’s Varsity Boys and Girls Cross Country teams.

Both Schreiber HIgh School teams won the Bruce MacDonald Invitational on Sept. 10, said Jeremy Klaff, who coaches the boys’ team.

Held at Sands Point Preserve with 12 teams competing, the meet was organized to honor “longtime coaching legend and former Olympian Bruce MacDonald who still coaches in Port Washington,” Klaff told Patch.
