RuDance Long Island Coming To Port Washington
RuDance Long Island, a dance school, is targeting the fall for its grand opening in Port Washington. Meanwhile, it's hosting summer events.
PORT WASHINGTON, NY—RuDance Long Island, a dance school, is coming to Port Washington with a targeted grand opening around October or November, Paul Ru, the owner, told Patch.
While the grand opening is a few months away, RuDance Long Island is hosting a handful of summer social events. Ice cream social dance parties are being held on July 12, 19 and 26. The Summer Salsa Tango Party will take place those same dates, starting at 7:30 p.m. for a free lesson, with a dance party running from 8-10:30 p.m.
On Saturday, July 27, there will be a monthly dance party with a showcase starting at 7:30 p.m.

RuDance Long Island is located at 284 Main St., 1st floor, Port Washington.
RuDanceNY in Flushing has been around since 2007. Ru's original location in Manhattan had opened in 2005 under the name SuperstarDanceStudio before moving to its current Queens location.
