Schreiber Girls Softball to 'Strike Out Cancer' With Fundraising Event
The team will be selling baked goods, t-shirts and more Saturday at Sunset Park.
The Schreiber Girls Softball team plans to strike out cancer by holding a fundraising event to promote cancer awareness on Saturday in Sunset Park.
The girls will be selling food, drinks, baked goods, raffle items and t-shirts to help raise funds for the team and the American Cancer Society.
The Lady Vikings will play three games on the field during the fundraiser:
- Varsity will face Herricks at 6:30 p.m.
- JV will face Valley Stream North at 3 p.m.
- Weber Middle School will face Herricks Middle School at 12:30 p.m.
Stop by the PAL field at Sunset Park during the afternoon to support this annual fundraising tradition.
