PORT WASHINGTON, NY – Two people at Weber Middle School have tested positive for COVID-19, school officials announced Tuesday.

As scheduled, all staff and students will be fully remote on Wednesday.

The Department of Health was contacted in order to conduct contact tracing. School officials said the district is following all building sanitizing and cleaning protocols.

All students and staff in the classes related to this case, and those identified as close contacts, have been instructed to self-quarantine for 14 days.
