Brooklyn 11-Year-Old Goes Missing on Subway

Naomie Ambroise was last seen boarding the southbound 2 train.

UPDATE: Naomie Ambroise has turned up in Yonkers.

A young girl from Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn, has been missing since Wednesday morning, police say.

The last time anyone saw her, 11-year-old Naomie Ambroise was boarding the southbound 2 train at the Sterling Street station on Nostrand Avenue, according to the NYPD.

That was on Wednesday, July 22, at 7 a.m. She hasn’t been seen since.

Ambroise lives in the same neighborhood as the subway station where she disappeared. And according to police:

She is described as being approximately 5’1” tall, weighing 90 lbs., with black eyes and braided black hair. She was last seen wearing green camouflage pants, a yellow long sleeve shirt, black back pack and black and pink sneakers.

Ambroise was on her way to school when she went missing, reports NY1, and had gone missing once before when she fell asleep on the subway.
