Brooklyn Dance Festival at the Brooklyn Museum CANCELLED

8th annual Brooklyn Dance Festival expands the limits of all things dance in a wide-ranging showcase of dancers and performance artists.

Inspired by the ambience of Studio 54, the eighth annual Brooklyn Dance Festival expands the limits of all things dance in a wide-ranging showcase of dancers and performance artists. Arrive early for a special site-specific performance by Athomasproject in our Lobby, then join us in the Auditorium for a dynamic program. Highlights include dancers from the New York City Ballet presenting a new original work by company member Preston Chamblee; Ballet Hispánico, now celebrating its 50th anniversary, featuring their second company, BHdos, with repertory by Annabelle Lopez Ochoa and Ramón Oller; and the world premiere of the Brooklyn Dance Festival Company, under the creative direction of Bradley Shelver.
