The subtle balance of Pincha Mayurasana, also known as "forearm stand, contains many subtle aspects: balance & strength, ease & effort, alignment & intuition, faith & fear. In this workshop, the posture will be broken down into step-by-step poses to create a physical and mental foundation.
This workshop is open to students with at least 6 - 12 months of practice experience, and includes discussion, practice, personal assistance, and question/answer time.
