These two Franks are both veterans of gourmet kitchens, and today they will discuss recipes and tips from their new cookbook, "Frankies Spuntino Kitchen Companion and Kitchen Manual." This cooking primer is, according to Central Library's website, a "treasure trove of Italian American comfort food, re-imagined with great ingredients and greenmarket sides."
