The best of both worlds- Mixed Martial Arts and CrossFit- will be offered together under one roof! Class One Mixed Martial Arts & CrossFit (C1) will have its grand opening on Saturday, April 14, 2012. You can sample a variety of free martial arts and CrossFit classes from 12-3 or just stop by and watch the action!
C1 will offer a broad range of martial arts including MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Sanda (Chinese style kickboxing) and will utilize CrossFit as its strength and conditioning program. Our instructors include world and national champions. We welcome men, women, and people of all fitness and skill levels.
