
Whether you want to start excercising outside or you're training for the NYC Marathon, the Run Club will get you in shape.
The first two weeks of the month are led by Hot Bird Running, fabulous fitness-focused run coaches. The second half of the month is led by Kelly Burnes, longtime distance runner who will keep you in stride.
All levels more than welcome. Meet in the showroom, 472 Bergen St, just before 7pm to drop off your stuff, and then head out with us for a 3-4 mile run up to Prospect Park and back.
