This month, percussionist extraordinaire Brian Carter brings his healing drum circle to the studio. Come beat, shake and stomp your way into better health!
REMO Health Rhythms is an evidence based program that includes recreational music making activities, including group drumming. It has been proven to significantly boost the power of the immune system and to reverse the body's stress response at the genomic level.
BRIAN T CARTER of Brooklyn Drum Circles, is an “all rolled into one” drummer/percussionist, drum circle facilitator, music teacher, singer/songwriter, that's been performing and teaching in NYC since 2001. Presently, Brian's focus is drum circle facilitation, where he gives opportunities for people to de-stress, invigorate, build immunity and community through group drumming circles.
