
Imagine being able to respond skillfully to problems and conflicts with a flexible, solution-oriented mind - free from anger, repression or fear. Participants will learn to apply Buddha's teachings on navigating through negative situations with a peaceful mind. By understanding the nature and causes of conflict, we can begin to transform problems and confrontations into opportunities for personal growth.
The class consists of instruction, guided meditations and discussion. The mind-training methods taught in this course include meditation and meditation break exercises; these are tried-and-tested methods which can be practiced by anyone--regardless of prior experience.
