This class covers all the essential elements of winemaking including, equipment, grapes, juice, testing, racking, fermentation, yeast, grape varieties and wine styles. The class is designed for both beginners as well as experienced wine makers who want to expand their understanding of the art and science of Winemaking.
No previous winemaking experience is required and all students will leave with the knowledge and confidence to make your own wine.
