
This workshop allows men the unique oppritunity to approach Vinyasa Yoga specifically catered to the male body's challenges, strengths, and interests.
Emphasis will be placed on tightness in the trunk and legs. Safe, accessible ways to to encourage opening in those areas will help yoga postures become more satisfying.
Additional emphasis will be placed on strengthening techniques for the arms and core that can be incorporated into any fitness regiment, including an introduction to arm balances.
