Man in Traditional Hasidic Garb Gropes Woman Outside Brooklyn Synagogue: NYPD

The man grabbed the female victim's crotch and then fled the scene, police say.

BOROUGH PARK, BROOKLYN — A man last seen wearing traditional Hasidic garb is wanted by the NYPD in connection to a sexual assault that took place outside a Borough Park synagogue Nov. 25.

Police said the man approached the 21-year-old female victim and touched her crotch before he fled the synagogue at 1420 50th St. The victim was otherwise unharmed, police said.

The victim took a picture of the man as he was walking between 14th and 15th Street. He's described as a white male who was last seen wearing all black clothing and eye glasses.
