Prospect Park Rape Suspect Seen In Crown Heights Subway, Cops Say

Police released video Wednesday morning of the suspect in the Franklin Avenue 2 and 3 train station on Eastern Parkway.

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- Police released video of a suspected Prospect Park rapist whom they'd like to question about a violent attack near the Parade Ground last Sunday.

The suspect —whom police believe raped a 59-year-old woman near Parkside Avenue and Parade Place on Nov. 18 at about 4 a.m. — can be seen entering the Franklin Avenue 2 and 3 subway station in surveillance footage released Wednesday morning.

The 59-year-old woman's attacker grabbed her from behind and dragged her behind a bench where he raped her, police said.
