Sign Up For Coronavirus PPE Giveaway In Central Brooklyn

State Sen. Zellnor Myrie's office is taking requests from constituents and local organizations for PPE.

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK — Central Brooklyn residents and organization in need of coronavirus protection are in luck.

State Sen. Zellnor Myrie's office will distribute personal protective equipment starting Friday, according to a release.

"Limited quantities of masks, face coverings, and hand sanitizers are available," an email Myrie sent constituents reads.

It's available to constituents of his District 20 state senate district, which covers parts of Brownsville, Crown Heights, East Flatbush, Gowanus, Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, South Slope, and Sunset Park.

Residents can make their PPE request at this link and community organizations can make their requests at this link.

Pick ups will be at 1077 Nostrand Ave., between Lefferts Avenue and Lincoln Road on Mondays and Fridays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., a release states.
