19-Year-Old Fatally Shot At Amadeus Nightclub In Queens

QUEENS, NY — A 19-year-old man is dead after being shot in his back and shoulder at the Amadeus Nightclub in Queens early Saturday morning, the New York Police Department confirmed to Patch.

The shooting occurred around 4 a.m. Saturday and the 19-year-old died at the hospital, the department said.

Additionally, a 31-year-old woman was shot and taken to the hospital, where she is listed in stable condition, according to police.

Police determined that the shooting occurred after a dispute inside the club that continued outside, where an unknown suspect discharged a firearm multiple times, striking the victims.

The suspect fled the scene in a black and white SUV and his whereabouts are unknown, police said. No arrests have been made.
