3 Employees Charged With Illegal Sale of Tobacco Products: PD
The 3 were arrested and charged with selling liquid nicotine to people who were under 21, police say.
BABYLON, NY — Three people were arrested Friday night for selling tobacco and e-liquid nicotine to underage individuals, police said.
According to Suffolk County Police, after an investigation in response to numerous community complaints, three separate businesses were checked for compliance with the law between 9 p.m. and 11:30 p.m, police said.

· Dharmedra Gadhavi, 36, of Amityville, an employee at The Barn in Babylon, was issued a field appearance ticket for the sale of liquid nicotine to individuals under 21, police said.
· Bezat Kilic, 47, of Massapequa, an employee of BP Gas in Babylon, was issued two field appearance tickets for the sale of tobacco products to people under 21, police said.

· Mohamed Anaam, 30, of Lindenhurst, an employee at 168 Deli in Lindenhurst, was issued a field appearance ticket for the sale of tobacco products to individuals under 21, police said.
Those arrested are scheduled to appear in First District Court in Central Islip on October 20.
