Broadway Dancer Netanel Bellaishe Hosts Advanced Cadillac Pilates Workshop at Mind Pilates

On May 23, Broadway dancer Netanel Bellaishe will partner with Mind Pilates to host Beyond Basics: Advanced Cadillac Training for Dancers, a specialized Cadillac Pilates workshop designed specifically for dancers looking to improve performance, injury prevention, and recovery.

The workshop will focus on advanced technique, including efficient muscle activation sequences, correcting compensation patterns, and addressing stretch deficits to help dancers move more effectively both on stage and in the studio. As Mind Pilates continues expanding across Brooklyn and Queens, the studio is also leading the charge in movement-based education, offering specialized programming that bridges Pilates, dance, rehabilitation, and performance training for a broader wellness community.
