QUEENS, NY — A coyote caught sneaking around a few backyards in Queens has been safely captured, NYPD Special Ops shared on Twitter Wednesday afternoon.

Officials were "alerted by residents of this individual wanted for the attempted kidnapping of The Road Runner" Wednesday morning, the NYPD 105th Precinct wrote. "With help from our friends in ESU, the individual was taken into custody without incident."

In two photos shared by Special Ops, the coyote can be seen standing cautiously against the inside of a brick wall in a backyard with toddler toys set up in the grass. A video shared by the 105th Precinct shows the coyote walking along the sidewalk.
