QUEENS, NY — An armed gunman robbed a delivery driver at gunpoint on a quiet Jamaica street early Tuesday, police said.

The thief pulled a gun on a 43-year-old Amazon delivery driver in front of 138-17 241st St. near Veteran’s Square on April 1 just before 4:30 a.m., NYPD said Tuesday.

The gunman approached the driver on his route, flashed a firearm before swiping packages from the delivery van, an NYPD spokesperson said.

The gunman bolted on foot with the stolen packages to parts unknown. No injuries were reported.

Police tweeted a photo of the suspect, asking if anyone has relevant information that could lead to an arrest.
