Man Found Slashed To Death In NYC Apartment Building: Police

QUEENS, NY — A 75-year-old man was found slashed to death in a Queens apartment building on Tuesday, police said.

George Dourdounas was found with slash wounds to his neck inside 25-75 33rd St. in Astoria around 1:40 p.m.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

What led up to the incident is not known at this time. No arrests have been made yet.

An investigation remains ongoing.
