FAR ROCKAWAY, QUEENS — Police are looking for the person who hit a man with a boombox aboard a Queens-bound "A" train earlier this month.

A 26-year-old man was on an "A" train by the Beach 44th Street station in the Rockaways when he began arguing with another straphanger, who hit him in the face with a speaker, according to police. The victim, who had a cut on his face, refused medical attention.

Police on Tuesday released a photo of a man they want to question about the April 9 assault, which happened just before 8 p.m.
