Man Shot To Death In NYC Apartment Identified: NYPD

The 36-year-old was taken to New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center, initially in critical condition.

QUEENS, NY — A 36-year-old man shot to death inside a New York City apartment building has been identified, police said on Wednesday.

Officers found Samuel Alston with a gunshot wound to the back inside 36-11 12 Street in Queens around 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.

The 36-year-old was taken to New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center, initially in critical condition. He was later pronounced dead.
