Man's Death Near NYC Lake Ruled A Homicide, NYPD Says

The NYPD is offering a $3,500 reward in connection with the deadly shooting.

QUEENS, NY — The city's medical examiner has ruled the death of a 75-year-old man found near a Queens lake a homicide, police said.

Albert Itzkowitz was found with gunshot wounds to the neck and back near the Kissena Lake on Monday around 5 p.m.

He was pronounced dead at the scene. It's not known what led up to the incident.
