MTA Conductor Attacked On NYC Subway Train, Suspect Still At Large
Police are investigating what led up to the attack.
QUEENS, NY — An MTA conductor was attacked on a New York City subway train early Thursday morning, police said.
The incident happened at the Beach 25th Street station around 1:25 a.m. The 37-year-old man was looking out a window of the A train when an unidentified suspect punched him in the face.
The punch caused the conductor's head to hit the cabin wall, police said. The 37-year-old man was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
