QUEENS — A store from the internet provider Spectrum opened its doors in Howard Beach on Friday, joining the neighborhood as the 15th location in Queens.

The store, located at 156-36 Cross Bay Boulevard, hosted its grand opening on Friday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

“It’s great to see another new business opening its doors in our community,” Council Member Joann Ariola said. “The central location of this store will make it much easier for residents of District 32 to manage their mobile and internet services, and will also give them an opportunity to sample some of the latest tech that Spectrum is bringing to the market – all without ever having to travel too far from their residences and businesses.”
