Teen Shot And Killed Outside NYC Apartment Complex: NYPD
No arrests have been made as of Monday afternoon.
QUEENS, NY — An 18-year-old was shot and killed outside an apartment complex in Queens on Sunday.
The incident happened at 31-07 49th St. around 12:15 a.m., police said.
Officers found Jafre Waugh with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and back.

He was taken to Elmhurst Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Waugh lived at the apartment complex, according to police. What led up to the shooting is not known at this time.
