• Suffern woman dies in crash involving garbage truck in Ramapo (news12.com) — A serious crash involving a garbage truck on Route 202 in Ramapo killed a 38-year-old Suffern woman Monday morning and shut down the road between Lime Kiln Road and Route 306 near Wesley Hills. Police say the Nissan's passenger was hospitalized, no children were involved, and the truck driver tested negative for drugs and alcohol as the investigation continues.
