1 Person Killed, 2 Injured In Manorville Crash: PD
The crash took place Thursday morning, police say.
MANORVILLE, NY —One person was killed and two others were injured in a Manorville crash Thursday, police said.
According to Suffolk County Police, Seventh Squad detectives are investigating the crash that took place when two vehicles collided on South Street and Manor Court at 11:35 a.m.
Joseph Macedonio, 25, of Manorville was driving a 2014 Ford F-150 west on South Street when his truck struck a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe traveling east, police said.

Macedonio, the driver of the Hyundai, and his passenger were all transported to Stony Brook University Hospital; the driver of the Hyundai was transported via Suffolk County Police aviation, police said.
The passenger in the Hyundai died from his injuries, police said. Both drivers suffered non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

The names of those in the Hyundai are being withheld pending notification of next of kin, police said.
The vehicles were impounded for a safety check.
